• Dealer must be enrolled in the United Refrigeration “URHVAC” Dealer Program.
• Customized content must comply with the advertising rules set forth by United Refrigeration, and the brands shown on the website. Competitor brands are not permitted.
• The minimum residential HVAC equipment purchases requirement at United Refrigeration must be:
  • Achieved, before the dealer is eligible for a URHVAC Elite Dealer Website.
  • Maintained annually, in order to keep the website active.
• Dealers’ account(s) at United Refrigeration must remain current.
• 1 year minimum agreement, paid as a recurring credit card charge on the first of each month. After one year, the agreement may be terminated by the customer with 30 days’ notice.
  • Dealer will receive an email invoice from DMT Elite Website. Dealer agrees to select "Save my card on file with DMT Elite Website" when submitting payment to activate monthly subscription and automatic monthly payment.
  • A valid credit card must be on file with the DMT Elite Website portal.
  • 1 year commitment & payments begin on the date of order.
• Unlimited text changes and up to 25 image changes per month can be made at no additional charge. Additional changes will be quoted separately.
• Customized services, such as enhanced Search Engine Optimization packages are available for an additional charge, and must be pre-approved by United Refrigeration / URHVAC Dealer Program.
